We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digitalization Manager to lead our digitalization efforts and cultivate a digital culture throughout the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation initiatives across our businesses and establishing a strong digital culture across the company. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organization through innovative digital strategies and solutions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the digital transformation across businesses and countries, boosting the use of digital information and advanced technologies, promoting a digital culture and mindset throughout the organization.
Develop and execute a digital strategic roadmap that aligns with business objectives and ensures a competitive edge.
Identify and implement digital initiatives aligned with the strategic roadmap.
Develop and implement data analytics strategies to effectively integrate data into business processes, enabling informed decision-making and driving operational excellence.
Explore ways to monetize our operational data by leveraging analytics and insights, optimizing processes through digital solutions.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with the digital ecosystem, including technology vendors, startups, and industry experts, to stay abreast of emerging trends and leverage external expertise.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization.

Requisitos

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role in a company and/or as senior digital consultant in a first-class consultancy, driving and leading digital transformation initiatives, preferably in an industrial environment.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and emerging trends.
Proven track record successfully implementing digital initiatives and driving business results.
Ability to think strategically and develop a clear digital roadmap aligned with business objectives. Demonstrated experience in setting priorities and executing digital initiatives effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and technological advancements to maintain a fresh and innovative digital strategy.
High level of English and preferably Spanish.
Skills: strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams, effective communication, accountability, proactive and collaborative.
