JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of the corporate People team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing, jointly with the People Managers of each business, strategies to attract, develop engage and retain top talent in all our operations. Main objective is to ensure that the organisation has the right people with the right skills and mindset to achieve its goals. You will need to work closely to the members of the executive team to align talent and culture initiatives with the overall business strategy. You will report to the Corporate People Director.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all aspects of the lifecycle of the employee, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development and succession planning.
  • Design, develop and implement innovative and high impact talent management programs and processes to improve leadership talent.
  • Own the talent management governance processes around performance management, measurement and reporting to enable employees and leaders to understand and use these to manage their careers.
  • Facilitate, integrate, and coordinate talent management initiatives, including project planning, resourcing, timing, and communications.
  • Leading the development and execution of employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives.
  • Partnering with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop talent pipelines, aligning learning and development initiatives with the global strategy.
  • Developing and managing budgets for talent and culture initiatives.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in talent management and culture building.

Requisitos

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree with complementary training in human resources.
  • Five years of previous experience in similar position or directly working in the People team in a business unit in a senior position.
  • Skills: High analytical capacity, decisive and proactive, in addition to bringing planning and organisation competencies, strategic and critical vision, communication, and being oriented towards results, teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Very high level of English.
