As part of the Service Centre's Treasury department, your mission will be to prepare, account for and reconcile receipts and payments and monitor daily operations and communications with banks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Bank reconciliations.
• Receipt of SEPA debit entries and remittances.
• Preparation and execution of payments in SAP or electronic banking.
• Verification and management of payments made with bank cards.
• Posting VAT recovery invoices.
• Management of confirmations.
• Control and management of guarantees.
• Preparation of reports.
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Business Administration or similar.
• 3 years' experience in a treasury and electronic banking department, preferably in an industrial company or shared services centre with high volume.
• Native Spanish and fluent English.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP is essential.
• Advanced MS Office (especially Excel)
• Skills: planning and organisation, initiative and proactivity, strategic vision, results orientation, relational skills, high capacity person, teamwork and continuous improvement.
