Descripción de la oferta

Your main responsibility will be to analyse and monitor the evolution of the international operations of Cementos Molins (except Mexico), as well as the achievement of business objectives, in order to propose decisions that facilitate the development and growth of our subsidiaries. For this, it will be key to work closely with the corporate team of the company, both in the financial and technical-industrial areas, as well as collaborating with the management teams of the subsidiary and our partners. Your scope of work will be international, and you will report to the Area Manager for America, Asia and Africa.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the elaboration of the strategic plan of the different operations and support the implementation of the business strategy.
  • Analysis and control of the budget and investments of our international businesses, to monitor the profit and sales targets of the operations.
  • Control the development of all activities necessary for the implementation of projects, ensuring the work schedules and execution defined in the business strategy.
  • Market research to detect growth opportunities and make proposals to create value.
  • Support in the definition of technical-industrial improvements for the efficiency of the operation.
  • Support in the development of the different commercial strategies.
  • Support in the development of the sustainability roadmap in all business units.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of projects, through the definition and monitoring of key indicators, to guarantee the evolution of the operation's processes and meet the strategic objectives which facilitate future business decision-making.
  • Defining and supervising the scorecards that allow the calibration of the operation, quality and productivity of the processes/projects.
  • Preparation of specific reports to monitor the business.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the corporate and international teams.
  • Prepare presentations for the management and the board of the company.

Requisitos

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • University education (Engineering, Business Administration and Management or similar).
  • Training or experience of at least 3 years in the analysis of profit and loss accounts, as well as in project management.
  • Skills: planning and organisation, initiative and proactivity, strategic vision, results orientation, relational skills, impact and influence, negotiation skills, teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Very fluent English. French would be an asset.
  • Availability to travel.
