MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Incident resolution: the person appointed will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the system in the modules mention (Incident reporting and resolution).
Support group companies in optimising their management and decision-making.
Incident resolution.
Monitor the progress of the different implementations.
Develop user-specific documentation.
Work with Project Managers and Key Users.
Support production configuration and assist with functional change requests.
Training for internal business units • Deal with the internal client in a friendly, candid and distinct way.

Requisitos

REQUIREMENTS

Have at least 8 years’ experience in SAP financials consulting in support and maintenance positions.
Experience in S/4 is desirable.
Ability to propose solutions and process improvements.
University degree.
Proactive.
Motivated, dedicated and committed.
Oral and written communication skills.
PMP or Prince certification is desirable.
