JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of the communication team, your goal will be to coordinate the external communication of Cementos Molins from its business units to the outside world. This means monitoring and aligning Cementos Molins' communication plan with its different businesses.
You will work closely with the people responsible for communication in each company and with their management committees. You will coordinate messaging, event participation, sponsorships and congresses, seeking the synergy between the companies and the optimisation of resources and the company’s image and that of its brands.
Your mission will include creating a global and solid image of Cementos Molins and ensuring it is properly applied, bringing together the demands of the business units to strike a balance between the communication of individual and general interests.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Development and implementation of the company's external communication plan.
• Ensure that the company's message to the outside world is suitable and agreed across the different brands.
• Protect the company's reputation and contribute to the growth of prestige and brand recognition via communication strategies that help empower the brand's image.
• Coordination of the agenda of events and conferences where the company participates with a speaker, as well as the supervision of the contents used in them.
• Coordination with the different business units to create a single calendar of congresses and conferences where we will be represented with a stand.
• Follow-up of the benefits and considerations of the different associations where we are sponsors.
• Coordination with internal communications to convey suitable messages externally.
• Coordination with the PR and digital agency for the correct dissemination of the company's events and messages.
• Fostering public relations with important members of the different industry associations and seeking new proposals or synergies that can strengthen our brand.
• Monitoring of social networks and updates to the corporate website.
• Budget management.
