Descripción de la oferta

 

As a member of the communication team, your goal will be to coordinate the internal communication of Cementos Molins between its business units towards the team. With the main objective of keeping the team always informed of company news, you will coordinate an internal editorial team with representatives from all business units for the creation of a weekly and monthly newsletter.

You will coordinate content management on the intranet, giving shape and context to new content, prioritising and updating the feed with the latest news.

To disseminate the message where neither the newsletter nor the intranet can reach, you will manage the content on the internal screens located in the different work sites.

Adapting the internal content to the different formats covered by the communication plan will be essential to ensure that the message reaches everyone in the right way.

Coordination with the human resources department.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development and implementation of the company's internal communication plan.
  • Ensure that the company's message to the team is suitable and agreed across the different brands.
  • Leading, encouraging and fostering internal dialogue between all areas of the business, taking care of the efficiency of the whole communication process and promoting collaborations to generate synergies.
  • Working with all Cementos Molins departments and business units for the correct application of their messages on internal communication channels.
  • Management of the national and international editorial board for the creation of newsletters. Selection of topics, correction and adaptation of texts, layout and dispatch.
  • Support in the development of the new intranet. Once launched, management and adaptation of content.
  • Maintenance of the content of internal screens. Adapting the message to the target audience.
  • Measure the impact of the different communiqués and the effectiveness of internal channels, in order to redesign future actions.
  • Coordination with external communications to convey the right messages externally.
  • Coordination in the organisation of internal events.
  • Budget management.

Requisitos

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

  • University education (information sciences, communications, journalism, marketing or similar).
  • Specific training in Internal or Corporate Communications is an asset.
  • Over three years’ previous experience in an internal communications department or communications agency.
  • Knowledge of digital communication is a must, as well as an advanced level of office automation. Knowledge of editing and layout programmes is an asset.
  • Experience in the industrial sector is valuable.
  • Skills: High analytical capacity, decisive and proactive, in addition to bringing planning and organisation competencies, strategic and critical vision, impact and influence, and being oriented towards results, teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Very high level of English.
