JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who will report directly to the IT Business Solutions Manager and oversee the development team, as well as manage various projects, providing technical expertise and ensuring high-quality developments. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, just as in Angular and PHP languages, will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in project management.

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

As a Engineering Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the team of Product Managers, Developers and External Partners.
  • Ensure the quality of all software projects.
  • Introduce Agile and DevOps working methodologies.
  • Ensure the team's optimization by implementing automation, testing, etc.
  • Streamlining technology and collaboration with partners.
  • Manage resources allocated to each project.

Requisitos

We are hiring a professional who meets the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the position or similar roles.
  • Experience with Angular and PHP is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
  • Ability to create project plans, assign resources, and manage deadlines.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
  • Advanced level of English (C1).
