JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Software Development team, reporting directly to the IT Business solutions manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development and management of software solutions for industrial applications within a leading construction-focused organization.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Product Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and long-term vision.
  • Feature Prioritization: Define and prioritize product features and user requirements based on market research and stakeholder input.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance, making adjustments as needed to meet business goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision and strategy.
  • Launch Management: Develop and execute product launch plans, coordinating activities across multiple teams.
  • KPI Development: Define, measure, and communicate key performance indicators to evaluate the product's success and impact on business objectives.

Requisitos

We are hiring a professional who meets the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably within industrial or construction-related environments
  • A strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to facilitate discussions, prioritize interests, and balance strategic and tactical goals.
