Descripción de la oferta

Within the corporate people team as Training & Recruitment Manager your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee the development and implementation of effective training programs for employees while managing the recruitment and onboarding processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains a skilled and motivated workforce. You will report to the corporate people director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Program Development:

  • Design and develop training programs to address the needs of employees at various levels within the organization.
  • Coordinate with people department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.
  • Implement a variety of training methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand and anticipate their staffing needs and priorities.
  • Conduct job interviews and participate in the selection process for key positions.
  • Design and coordinate the internship program.

Onboarding Process:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure that new employees receive necessary training, orientation, and resources to integrate seamlessly into the organization.
  • Facilitate a positive onboarding experience that promotes engagement and retention.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that training and recruitment processes comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up.to-date records of training activities and recruitment efforts.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the training and recruitment budget effectively.
  • Evaluate the retorn on investment for training programs and recruitment activities.

Requisitos

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Master´s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in training and recruitment, with a focus on creating and implementing effective programs.
  • Strong understanding of talent development, learning methodologies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and build positive relationships.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (human resources information system – Cornerstone) and other relevant tools.
  • Fluent level of Spanish and English is a must, French is a plus.
  • Dynamic, with a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills and passion for employee development and organizational growth.
