JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main responsibility will be to manage sale organization by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls within the US region (Mexico, United States, & Canada) and to develop and implement strategies to bring in new business. It will be key to work closely with the European based Technical Teams on an needed basis for Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Product Development, and Customer Request. You will report to the Head of Calucem Inc.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls within the region.
  • Manage and Maintain current book of business.
  • Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business.
  • Work within the Calucem, Inc. organization to coordinate Customer Needs/Wants with US Based Logistics and European Based Production and Research & Development.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with Calucem, Inc. (US Based). employees to provide clear transparency to ongoing and upcoming sales activities.
  • Work with the European based Technical Teams on an as needed basis for Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Product Development, and Customer Request.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
  • Meeting planned and strive to exceed sales goals.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results on minimum of a monthly basis.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads, and follow-up calls/meetings.
  • Research customer needs and requirements; implement new ideas/strategies to generate interest in sales.
  • Interact with sales representatives, team leaders/managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results.
  • Analyse sales data and recommend changes or improvements for better customer satisfaction and future revenue.
  • Follow-up on potential sales leads.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Annual budgeting.
  • Regular forecasting but once every quarter in full detail (bottom up)
  • Active overdue management.
  • Coordinating within Calucem, Inc. on lead generation as well as gaining market knowledge and insights.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • The employee is required to attend courses and training provided by the employer
  • Participate with other team members, or individually, in conferences, trade shows, and customer training events to promote the organization, along with new product developments and services.
  • In the daily work, the employee obeys all procedures, quality plans, with special attention to environmental protection, hazardous waste and its disposal, and fully applies all rules of laws and regulations on safety at work.
  • According to the needs of the organization, as well as according to the order of direct supervisor, employee can perform other tasks according to the priority or order of his direct supervisor and in accordance with its professional competence and mental and physical abilities.

Requisitos

REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree a must (chemical/engineering is a plus).
  • 5 years experience in sales in Drymix/Chemical Construction industry.
  • Able to relocate or proven capacity for remote work.
  • Frequent national traveling (if needed also and international traveling).
  • Skills: Proven autonomy/far-from-boss environments, results-driven, industry curious, effective communication, results driven, teamwork, cross-functional.
