HEAD INNOVATION AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

The main mission will be to lead the organisation’s Innovation and Sustainable Development activities by developing, designing and implementing new resources, tools and innovative procedures in all areas of the organisation, as well as to develop and implement the Company’s sustainability strategy in perfect alignment with the strategy established by the senior management of Cementos Molins, in order to:

• promote a sustainable and innovative brand image;
• create value for the various stakeholders;
• help the company gain a competitive advantage to ensure business growth in the current context.

The position will be integrated into the Management Committee due to its key and strategic role in the
development of new products, services and business models, insofar as it identifies and evaluates ideas and
value propositions in collaboration with the other areas of the Company.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
INNOVATION:
➢ Promoting creativity and competitive intelligence within the organisation.
➢ Advise on areas in which to innovate and how to do so.
➢ Identify areas where new processes can be applied
➢ Collaborate with each of the departments to create synergies and achieve more     cross-company and comprehensive results.
➢ Create, implement and monitor innovation projects.
➢ Lead and develop the team. 

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT:
➢ Lead Propamsa’s sustainable development in the field of products and processes.
➢ Identify sustainability trends in the building materials industry and in construction processes.
➢ Draft and implement sustainable organisational policies that address environmental concerns.
➢ Lead and develop the team.
