GLOBAL IT PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a candidate to lead the design and implementation of a single multi-country SAP S/4 HANA for financial and operational activities (manufacturing & commercial) of calcium aluminate cement global business (CAC Global), unifying global processes running in four countries (Croatia, US, Germany, and Spain) with a full scope of modules. The candidate will be the reliable project manager of the, so called, “One-ERP” project for CAC Global, second largest producer globally, with production sites in Croatia, Spain, and the Unites States, which serve global end-customers in more than 60 countries, leveraging its global innovation centre in Germany and an extensive network of sales offices and distribution centres across Europe, the United States and Asia. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible to migrate into the new SAP other cement businesses in Spain running on a shared legal entity together with CAC Global business.

The project manager will report directly to the Corp. CIO and the project’s steering committee, working closely with the CAC global business CEO, -CFO and -COO, as well as with the IT community.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the single multi-country SAP design and implementation.
• Manage a multifunctional team of functional experts and external consultants in different countries.
• Lead the processes design and homogenization aligned with the different functional areas, assuring the minimum adjustment per country.
• Manage and solve discrepancies & challenges along the project.
• Define a feasible project’s timeschedule and roll-out.
• Negotiate terms with SAP partners, assuring the fulfilment of committed deliveries.
• Define and monitor the project’s execution, assuring the deadlines & budget fulfilment.
• Coordinate with project’s stakeholders.
• Preparation of periodical project analysis, risks, reports, and presentations mainly to the project steering committee.
• Last but not least, assure a successful implementation and roll-outs on time and on budget.
